Daniel J. Reilly, CBCP, MBCI, CEM, HEM
Dan Reilly is a Certified Emergency Manager with more than 14 years of professional experience in emergency management, public health, and occupational safety. He is a Certified Business Continuity Professional, a member of the Business Continuity Institute and an Incident Command System trainer. Daniel is Pro Board certified as a Hazardous Materials Technician and a Fire Instructor I. He has managed multiple public hazmat response emergency response teams and has served as county Emergency Management Agency director during numerous disasters and exercises. Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science, Environmental Science from Rutgers University. He is working towards his Masters in Public Administration from American Public University, with a completion date by the end of 2007.

Gene Java, Sergeant - NYPD ESU
As an experienced street supervisor with almost 20 years in the New York City Police Department, Gene has gained valuable skills in personnel management, crisis response, and tactical operations. His current duty assignment is with the elite NYPD Emergency Services Unit (ESU). His training and qualifications include NYS EMT; NFPA Hazmat and WMD Hazmat Technician; Emergency Services Unit Tactics; NYPD Heavy Weapons; Trench, Confined Space, High Angle, Elevator, and Transit Rescue; Emergency Psychological Response; Dignitary Protection & Counter-Assault Team; and multiple Incident Command System courses. Aside from his NYPD experience, Gene was in the USMC for four years, assigned to Marine Security Detachment U.S. Naval Base CINCLANT Fleet Operations Base in Norfolk, VA.
Jason Beelitz, HEM
Jason has almost 15 years of experience in fields of emergency management and occupational safety and health management. Since 2002 he has been in charge of security and emergency management for a 265 bed acute care facility along the New Jersey Shore. His experience includes participation in the multi-state TOPOFF 3 exercise conducted by the federal government to test emergency response capabilities to large scale terrorism attacks in multiple regions and many jurisdictions.
